I am Mr. Pavan Keshari, born in Hanumanganj, a small village in Allahabad. My parents moved to Mumbai in 2005, and due to a lack of awareness about the admission process, I had to delay my academic pursuits as I lacked a leaving certificate from my previous school. Thankfully, a year later, my parents mustered the courage to approach school authorities, securing my admission.
I completed my graduation in BSc.IT in Mumbai. During my first year of studies, around 2018, I felt a strong desire to assist underprivileged children on the streets. Thus, I began aiding them with books, food, and clothing, albeit unaware of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) at the time.
Recognizing the pivotal role of education in societal development, I endeavored to extend educational support to individuals in need. I initiated weekend study sessions for children from roadside families, starting with 30 students in Dahisar, with the help of supportive friends. Witnessing the dire circumstances of these families during visits to various stations further fueled our determination.
Expanding our team with like-minded individuals, we established six active locations where we provide educational support. Our NGO, Sparkling Wings, not only focuses on education but also offers assistance during crises. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided blood and plasma to numerous patients across Mumbai, earning recognition from Pallavi Blood Donation Center in 2020.
Additionally, we organize free medical campaigns for those unable to afford checkups, with qualified doctors offering diagnoses and treatment recommendations. In 2022, we were honored by the Maharashtra Class Association for our contributions among 100 NGOs.
Moreover, we contribute to environmental conservation through beach clean-up, sanitation drives, and tree planting initiatives. In 2023, we hosted a sports day for over 700 students from various schools, fostering community engagement and participation. Numerous schools and NGOs joined us for the event.

My Name Is Brijesh Chauhan, And I'm Proud To Work As A Software Engineer At A Respected IT Company. While Dahisar Is Where I Currently Reside, My Journey Began In The Humble Village Of Mau, Uttar Pradesh. Coming From A Middle-Class Background, Education Was Always Valued In My Family. In 2007, I Started My Schooling At BMC School In Mumbai, A Place That Holds Special Significance For Me. Later, I Continued My Studies At Thaur College And Pursued Further Education At Thakur College, Eventually Earning My Engineering Degree From Xavier Institute Of Engineering.During My School Days, I Had A Life-Changing Encounter With An NGO Called Unchi Udan. Witnessing Their Dedication To Educating Underprivileged Children Struck A Chord Deep Within Me. It Was A Moment Of Awakening, Making Me Realize That I Too Could Make A Difference In The Lives Of Others.ln 2019, Fueled By A Strong Desire To Give Back To Society And Bring Hope To Those Less Fortunate, I Joined Sparkling Wings NGO As A Member. These Past Five Years With Sparkling Wings NGO Have Been Incredibly Meaningful. Today, Holding The Role Of Joint Secretary, I Feel A Deep Sense Of Fulfillment And Purpose. Every Day, Seeing The Smiles On The Faces Of The Children We Support Fills My Heart With Warmth. Knowing That Our Efforts Are Making A Positive Impact, Providing Not Just Education But Also Hope And Opportunity, Is Truly Heartening. Together With My Fellow Members, We're Not Just Changing Lives; We're Building A Brighter Future For Everyone Involved.
